Chika Ossai-Ugbah, fondly called The Oracle,
is a Pastor, Speaker, Author, Therapist, Life Coach, and spiritual strategist.
For close to two decades, I have always believed that the spiritual controls the physical. I help people align their spiritual atmosphere with their physical life to produce awesome results in homes, families, organizations and personal lives. As a transformational coach, my strong focus is on mind and behaviour transformation. I have created and deployed several behavioural intervention models to assist individuals and organisations achieve a life of harmony, creating emotionally healthy people who reshape work culture, drive performance, and boost productivity.
As the Chief oraclist at the Life Oracles Centre , Chika doubles as Executive Director of the Life-Cycle Leadership Centre. Passionate about shaping habits, by shaping hearts through deploying a mix of Spiritual Intelligence Tools (SIT) and Emotional Auditing Techniques (EAT) techniques to assist people in moving people from where they are to where they desire and deserve to be in life.
I am a seasoned pastor with over two decades of ministry experience.
I have spoken to over 5000 audiences across four continents.
I pioneered and pastored Glory Baptist Church Ogbomoso and have served as the senior pastor, The Covenant Place, Covenant Life Baptist Church, Benin City since July 2002 till date.
I have served in various capacities as lecturer and doctoral candidates assessor at The Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomoso and Baptist College of Theology, Benin City. I have also served ordination candidates assessor for the Nigerian Baptist Convention. I am the national Chaplain of the Men’s Missionary Union, Nigerian Baptist Convention. I am the Convener of the Early Satisfaction Prayer Altar (ESPAT), an online prayer program with a strong focus on building a prayer people who understand their covenant rights and relationships.
I studied at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma (MA, PhD). He has also studied at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville (B.TH), and the University of Ibadan (BA), and The Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomoso (M.TH).
As a leadership and organizational performance student, I have trained in Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Cambridge (Harvard L21), and Organizational Measurement and performance at the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, London. I am a chartered mediator from the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, Abuja.
I am a certified Life coach by the OLCA Coaching Academy pioneered by Dr Lanre Olusola, the catalyst, Africa’s premier mind and behaviour transformation coach. My quest for capacity to assist people be more they can be led me to be trained as a Neuro-linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP), Advance Neuro-Linguistic Sales Practitioner ( the American Union of NLP), a Certified Hypnotist (CH), Certified Basic Erikssonian Hypnotist (American Association of Hynotists), a Certified Hypnotic Language Communicator ( the Influence Academy, USA), a Clinical Hypnotherapist (Lucas Neves Institute, Victoria, Brazil), a certified Vitality Energy Chakra Meditation Coach, and Certified Spiritual Wealth Practitioner.
I have authored forty-eight books, amongst which are best-sellers like: “Survival in a Hostile Environment: What to do when your colleagues/Boss want you dead”, “Dangerous Emotions: Why Your Attitude is killing you slowly and keeps you knocking at the Doctor’s door”; and Emotional Dashboard: How To recognize and respond to your emotional buttons”.
I am an appointed United Nations-POLAC Ambassador of Peace and A Distinguished Fellow at the Institute of Attitudinal Change Managers of Nigeria.
I have worked on coaching transformation with such organisations as Bowen University, Iwo, The Extra Voice and Debyl Limited, Port Harcourt. I am married to Ngozi, a certified Librarian, and Marriage Mentor.
